Thank you for visiting the Cape Shores website! Our goal is to provide relevant information to our residents in a manner which is easy to locate. It is our goal to ensure that our unit owners and residents can take full advantage of all that our community offers in terms of the services offered by our homeowners association and property management group as well as the many activities and facilities that are available within our community.
Please review the Rules and Regulations of the property and visit the office located in the clubhouse for any assistance. Office hours are from 9 - 11:30 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
We are very proud of the community we have developed here at Cape Shores! We hold many community events such as Card Nights, Holiday socials and other activities as posted on our bulletin board. As our events change seasonally, or as impacted by events such as COVID-19 be sure to check the posted monthly calendar for the most current information.
The Community Club meets in our clubhouse the first Monday of each month and is open to Women and Men within our resident community. The charter of the Community Club includes fund raisers that contribute to facilities that can be enjoyed by all of our residents as well as the planning of social activities and events. Please consider getting involved and meet the wonderful people that represent our community.
Most of the content in the website is available only to the residents and homeowners of Cape Shores. In order to get an account you will need to request access. To do this please review the instructions within the "Requesting access to the web portal" item on the menu and then follow the instructions to register for access. Please allow for at least 48 hours to receive confirmed access to the site. The State of Florida requires that our association make information available to our unit owners but also requires that we validate the identity of each person and this will take some time.
